A dying officer gives Blackhawk an envelope that must be delivered to Intelligence in Honolulu. With his last breath, he warns Blackhawk to protect it again Sandoz, "The Man With the Heavy Glasses." Sandoz attacks the Blackhawks, but he is subdued and captured. Blackhawk takes Sandoz and the envelope to Honolulu. Sandoz tries to escape and is shot dead by a sentry.
