Bob Fingerman's slice-of-life series returns for its third issue from Image, and the cover alone is a wonderfully odd treat — a weathered, slightly cross-eyed tiger hand puppet stares out from a cool blue-grey background with an expression somewhere between resigned and endearing. It's the kind of quietly strange image that perfectly captures Minimum Wage's offbeat sensibility, equal parts humor and melancholy.
