Mirabelle #20 April 1963
In "The Madison Mystery," Kelly finds himself caught in a twist of mistaken trust when he rescues Carole and her friends from the three sons of a wealthy sheep farmer. Just miles from town, the car stalls—Kelly assumes it’s out of gas and begins walking back, only to be left behind when the girls, led by Carole, pull a clever prank learned from her brother. Penciled and inked with crisp detail by Purita Campos, this 1963 issue of Mirabelle delivers a quiet moment of mischief with a dash of rural suspense, all on a 6d cover.
