Mirabelle #7 March 1970
In "Cupid Computer," the Dolly-Pops face a shake-up when their manager is replaced, sparking a protest that leads to a surprising compromise: Nick stays on as the ideas man, while Alex takes charge of logistics. When Nick pitches a daring fashion show atop a Welsh mountain, the group’s success only deepens the rift between Alex and Marge, whose emotional reaction sets off a quiet but heartfelt chain of events. Art by Enrique Montserrat brings the story’s whimsical energy to life in this 1970 IPC comic, a standout moment in the series’ run.
