From Dupuis' charming French-language series La vie fantastique de Napoléon Tran, this second season album delivers exactly the kind of warm, comedic energy that makes the series so endearing. The cover, by TaDuc and Barral, says it all: a lanky grandfather-ghost shoots comically upward in a panic while a wide-eyed young boy covers his ears in alarm — all because of a very indignant iguana perched atop a vacuum cleaner.
