Created by Moski, this 2004 Dargaud album puts the spotlight squarely on Ernest le Héros — and the cover delivers a wonderfully funny contrast between the burly, sword-wielding Ernest striking an heroic pose and the tiny, cheerful Moustic tagging along at his side. Facing them is a gang of gloriously grotesque monsters, bat-winged and scaly, who look equally ready to fight or flee. It's a charming blend of fantasy adventure and broad comedy that captures Moski's playful style perfectly.
