Mystic Comics #3
In "Menace of the Star Gazer," a 1940 Marvel classic, a young man raised in isolation by his reclusive father emerges into the world, his unmatched strength and intellect making him a natural marvel. Written, drawn, and inked by Arnold Hicks, this early tale follows his journey from spectacle to hero as he chooses to defend the innocent. The striking cover by Alex Schomburg captures the mystery and might of this unique origin.
