As Gabriel, imprisoned and refusing to use his powers, faces a turning point, the arrival of Skotos shifts the balance in unpredictable ways. The issue closes with the first stirrings of psychometabiosis, as the Ultra Sapiens begin their forced departure from their physical forms. Written by Antonio Serra and illustrated by Ivan Calcaterra, Gianmauro Cozzi, Sergio Masperi, and Francesco Rizzato, with inks by the same artists and lettering by Francesca Piovella, the cover by Claudio Castellini captures the tension of the mission in a striking, high-contrast image.
