Burke and Salty fend off fires caused by MIGs, then shoot their fire extinguisher foam at the MIGs, making them crash. After escorting a commander to a UN base, Burke and Salty encounter a speedboat of Chinese agents who try to board and capture their destroyer, but once again they use the foam to blind their enemies and take them prisoner.
