Luke and Jessica have it out over the fact that, in the aftermath of the battle with the Hood which destroyed Dr. Strange's sanctum, Jessica feared for the safety of her child, registered under the superhuman registration act and moved into Avengers Tower with the Mighty Avengers without consulting her husband about any of it. Danny provides the New Avengers a new base of operations in an abandoned apartment complex.
