New Warriors #18
In "Blood and Iron Part 3," the New Warriors find themselves stranded in a grim future where Iron Man has seized control of the U.S. and eliminated the rest of the superhero community. With Night Thrasher—revealed to be a future version of Tony Stark—offering only faint hope, the team scrambles to survive, only to face a shock when Donyell storms Stark Tower and confronts the man in the armor: his long-lost brother, Dwayne. Written by Kevin Grevioux and illustrated by Casey Jones, with inks by Juan Vlasco and colors by Val Staples, this pivotal issue sees the Warriors pushed to their limits in a world where heroes are either dead or broken. Nic Klein’s cover captures the tension of that fateful confrontation.

Stuck in the future, the New Warriors hook up with Night Thrasher who informs them that Iron Man has taken over the United States and killed all of the other heroes. He is one of the few who offer any resistance. The Warriors are shocked when the Thrasher of the future turns out to be none other than Tony Stark. Determined to find a way home to the present, Donyell invades Stark Tower where he battles Iron Man. He couldn't be more shocked to learn that the man in the suit is actually his older (and supposedly dead) brother, Dwayne.
