Hannibal King and Blade are sent into the future by Short Circuit. In this future, Manhattan is ruled by Hannibal King. Blade, who was killed by Hannibal in this future, kills Hannibal this time. Frank shoots "Linda" inside Short Circuit's energy field, which disrupts Short Circuit and opens a portal allowing Hannibal and Blade to come back to their time period. Frank figures out that Short Circuit is staying in the prison because he needs the power from their transformers so he turns them off, forcing Short Circuit to burn himself up without the extra electricity to keep himself powered up.
