O.K. Comics #1 is an anthology featuring multiple adventure stories. "Little Giant" follows the boy marvel Rusty as he battles a large villain and leaps aboard a moving train to rescue someone. "Pal Peyton and His Flying Fortress" depicts ex-college athlete Pal Peyton inheriting a fortune and purchasing a giant bombing plane, which he equips as a flying fortress and recruits adventurous young men to crew; they depart for Los Puertos where international trouble is brewing and Peyton intends to help protect U.S. interests. A further story involves characters landing on a mysterious island ruled by an enchantress named Clea who has the power to transform men into beasts, transforming Peyton's crew into tigers before being stopped.

After rescuing a young woman named Fan Lan from a street attack, the Marines follow her lead to Mogli-Khan’s hidden castle, where they are captured and imprisoned. As the villain prepares to torture them, Fan Lan uses her wits and a hidden dagger to free the Marines and turn the tide.
