Oaky Doaks #1

Oaky Doaks and his companion discover an uninhabited island and encounter its mysterious inhabitants, including the Empress Sheela. After they're rescued and return to civilization, Oaky becomes an unlikely presidential candidate and gives a speech at a convention, only to be challenged to a fight by Iron Corset Corrigan, a human tornado. The story then shifts to a comedic amateur contest hosted by Cadwell Morgan, where various contestants compete, including acts involving dramatic performance and budget-balancing demonstrations.
