When the president's son shows up at the police station stark naked and asking to be locked up because he transforms into a beast at night, the government decides to reinstate the defunct Office of Dimensional Defense with paranormal expert Charlotte Springs in charge. Charlotte gathers an off-beat team of investigators including an F.B.I. agent, a teacher's assistant from M.I.T., a showy Las Vegas mystic and her hot sister, Cindy, and the group makes their way to the great northwest. They discover that Geoffrey Sterling isn't crazy, he is telling the truth, as he turns into a were-beaver.
