The issue contains two stories featuring outlaw characters. "The Boy Found Buck City" depicts a young gunslinger who defeats the notorious Joe Bronzi in a shootout. "The Masked Raider in 'The Evil Partners!'" follows a masked raider who makes a pact with the criminal Shark Benson: in exchange for Benson's hand-picked guns, the masked raider agrees to become a wanted man, with the understanding that their roaring guns will eventually end his life. When the masked raider attempts to betray Benson and flee to the desert with the stolen loot, a chase ensues through Bushhack Canyon, culminating in a confrontation between the two outlaws.
