Babs and Glitter are pitted against each other in a friendly decorating contest for the Winkleville Ladies Auxiliary Clubhouse, each tasked with transforming half the room. As their rivalry heats up, Babs and her friend Midge try to outdo Glitter and her friends with creative chaos—only to find their efforts sabotaged by a prank that backfires spectacularly.
Vita Min causes a commotion at the theater with her noise, prompting the usher to threaten the family with expulsion. Her parents try to quiet her, but the situation escalates as Vita begins mimicking the sounds of the movie, turning the silent film into a chaotic symphony.
Ozzie, determined to win Babs’ favor and impress her parents, dons a ridiculous clown outfit to outdo her new suitor, the suave and wealthy Theodore Craft Burton. As Ozzie tries to sabotage Burton’s charm with a series of increasingly absurd stunts, he accidentally causes a chain of mishaps that leads to chaos—and a shocking revelation about Burton’s true identity.
