"My Strange Complex" tells the story of Mona, a young woman who becomes romantically entangled with two men—Dick and Frank—at a college prom on Christmas Eve. Torn between the two suitors, Mona struggles with her feelings as Dick and Frank compete for her affection, ultimately leading to a physical confrontation between them. Through the dramatic events of the evening, Mona comes to realize her emotional attachment to older men and recognizes this as her "strange complex," eventually choosing one of them and finding resolution in her romantic uncertainty.
