Planet Comics #13 is an anthology featuring multiple science fiction adventures. "Flint Baker, Space-Soldier" depicts Flint battling anarchists on Jupiter who attempt to overthrow the government; Cole sets his machine to the vibration key of Earth-made weapons, destroying the anarchists' weapons and most of their forces, after which King Juxor rewards him by making him a baron. A second story features characters Reef and Vara escaping from a dungeon, finding a tunnel beneath a castle, and fleeing on a boat while being pursued by the villain Sarku. Captain Nelson Cole also appears in the issue's adventures across the distant planets of the future.
