“Creation Songs”

In "Creation Songs," Warren Ellis and John Cassaday deliver a taut, atmospheric installment as Elijah leads Jakita and the Drummer into a hidden vault beneath a Planetary facility in Brazil, revealing long-buried secrets about the Four and their mysterious past. With the building torn apart by an orbital particle beam from the Four, the trio barely survives—just in time for Planetary’s field agents to prepare their response. The cover by John Cassaday captures the moment’s tension with striking precision.

Elijah takes Jakita and the Drummer into a secured vault beneath a Planetary building in Brazil that houses a complete collection of Planetary Guidebooks. He then brings them up to speed about his plans and the Four's history. An orbital particle beam sent by the Four destroys the building the three are in, in order to kill them. But the Four miss their targets, and Planetary's 3 field agents prepare to retaliate.
