Tizzie takes on a dog-washing and walking service to earn money, determined to save up for a dog she admires. When a burglar breaks into the Evans' home, Tizzie's dog Tiny bravely intervenes, leading to an unexpected reward and a chance to care for Tiny’s new puppies.
Polly and her friends prepare for a picnic by packing a variety of foods and drinks so everyone can choose their favorites. Later, the Pigtails Club gathers for a swimming meet, and though Polly is nervous about diving, her friends help her overcome her fear and pass her diving test in time to compete.
