Sep 1984 · Marvel · 0.75 USD; 0.50 GBP; 1.00 CAD
“A New Age Dawning?”

"A New Age Dawning?" kicks off a bold new chapter for Prince Namor, the Sub-Mariner, as he leaves Atlantis for the first time in years to represent his people at the United Nations. Drawn to the surface world by duty and curiosity, he finds himself captivated by Jacqueline Trufaut, a French marine biologist whose work stirs something new in him. But his journey home is cut short when he’s ambushed by the enigmatic Dragonrider and a monstrous sea creature, setting off a chain of events that threatens to upend his world. Written by Bob Budiansky and J. M. DeMatteis, with art by Budiansky and inks by Danny Bulanadi, the cover by Budiansky and Bulanadi captures the moment of Namor’s arrival at the UN with striking detail.
