Prize Comics #31 is an anthology featuring multiple stories. "Yank and Doodle" depicts America's fighting twins raiding a Nazi-held dock, where they encounter enemy commandos and engage in combat to prevent a German barge from escaping. Another story features a villain in red and black who recruits a character named Job, offering him a gun and promising retribution against those who have wronged him, though Job is eventually stopped by the villain's own attack. A third story follows Doug Danville, described as "the laziest man in the world," who is taken to a charity bazaar and carnival where he becomes involved in a baseball game, with comic misadventures ensuing as blankets roll away and chaos erupts during the event.
