Prize Comics #13

Prize Comics #13 is an anthology featuring multiple superhero stories. "Yank and Doodle" opens the issue as America's fighting twins encounter crooks aboard a yacht, where Doctor Frost uses his freezing powers to save a millionaire and create an ice barrier that destroys enemy submarines. "The Bulldog" story follows Denny as he discovers a mysterious costumed figure and acquires an armored suit, eventually meeting Joan Knight who dons the armor herself. "Twist Turner, Master Acrobat of the Four Roth Bros." depicts the acrobat being assigned a dangerous task to infiltrate and stop a narcotic operation targeting high school students, leading him to pursue the criminals from a soda shop through the school district.
