Prosopopus #[nn]

This standalone graphic novel from French cartoonist Nicolas de Crécy follows a strange, mute creature called Prosopopus who arrives in a bleak urban setting and becomes entangled with a hitman and his violent employers. The story unfolds with minimal dialogue, relying on de Crécy's expressive, painterly art to convey a darkly surreal noir atmosphere. Originally published in French in 2003, this 2009 edition from Reprodukt marks its first English-language release.
