The Psi-Hawk fights Rodstvow through Washington, D.C., causing much devastation in the process. Rodstvow proves more powerful than expected, and the Psi-Hawk is destroyed. Wayne telepathically communicates with Sedara Bakut, Michael Crawley, Dehman Doosha and Edward Finelli, among others, as Rodstvow destroys the Psi-Hawk. Rodstvow destroys the U.S. Constitution on display at the National Archives.
