Punch and Judy v1 #3

This anthology issue contains at least two stories: Officer Hippo attempts to use a railroad engine, but when his coat gets caught and flies loose, it causes a runaway trolley car to accelerate downhill out of control, with Hippo struggling to regain command of the vehicle. In another story, Fatsy McPig visits a baker's shop and is left alone to guard pies and cakes; unable to resist temptation, he eats the chocolate icing, then later causes chaos at what appears to be a circus or fair when Peanuts becomes tangled in the rigging and support structures of a Ferris wheel or similar carnival ride, with multiple characters scrambling to prevent disaster.
