Punch and Judy v2 #4

This anthology issue contains two stories. "Punch and the Flood" follows Punch as he constructs a makeshift house from sticks and tomato plants, only to have it destroyed when a severe rainstorm causes flooding on Uncle Tony's property; Punch ends up trapped in the water but is eventually rescued. "Tatters" depicts a vagrant who receives a letter inviting him to a party and attempts to borrow nice clothes from a well-dressed man, leading to a comedic confrontation about his shabby appearance.
