Desert campers Quick Draw McGraw and Baba Looey have their supplies stolen by a band of hostile Indians. Turning to nearby Fort Fracas for help, they find peace-obsessed Colonel Klunker has just assumed command. The colonel insists on generous and overly-trusting negotiations with the Indians, rather than reaction, until he makes one concession too many.
