Radio Fun #978 is an anthology featuring "The Falcon," in which the vigilante discovers that Colonel Steel, guardian of Professor Delroy's fortune, is a crooked impostor holding two prisoners in Africa and has hidden a secret map at his home; the Falcon infiltrates the colonel's residence posing as an electrician to locate the map. The issue also includes "Norman Wisdom," a comedy strip where Norman acquires smart clothes from a department store and comically attempts to return them, and "Andy and Sandy," in which young Andy Wilson runs away from his bullying stepmother, finds Sandy the dog, and together they encounter a mysterious stranger who gives them a bag full of money.
