This is an anthology issue featuring multiple stories. "The Falcon" follows the masked crimefighter as he pursues "Colonel Steel," a crooked impostor who has seized control of Professor Dalroy's fortune, leading the Falcon on a chase across continents to rescue the professor and his daughter from captivity. "Norman Wisdom" presents a comedic strip in which the character attempts to help a freezing Scottish man by putting coats on him, only to create chaos and confusion through a series of misunderstandings at a café. "Andy and Sandy" tells of young Andy Wilson, who runs away from his bullying stepmother and takes his dog Sandy with him, only to become entangled in a dangerous scheme involving jewel thieves when he encounters Mr. Lazenby and Mr. Walters. The issue also includes an interview with 16-year-old singing star Terry Wayne discussing his discovery and early career in entertainment.
