"Igloo Iggie" by Joe Gordon presents a young child searching for money in the snow, discovering pennies falling from the sky and subsequently interacting with a theater owner.
Sgt. Strong and his comrade Angel receive a special assignment from Col. Blake that takes them into the heart of enemy territory in the South Pacific, where Strong becomes separated from the group and must evade Japanese soldiers while carrying critical attack plans back to base. Racing against time and injury, Strong's desperate mission threatens not only his own life but the safety of countless Marines depending on those intelligence reports to reach them in time.
