After Mike returns from captivity in Laos, a rogue Justice Department official tells him that his family has been murdered, and recruits him to become an undercover assassin. As his final assignment he is sent to kill his father and sister, living under false names with plastic surgery as part of Witness Protection. Father and son recognize each other, and join forces to run down their enemies and save what's left of their family.
