Red Kamphor and his pal Inky decide to build an airplane out of spare parts—a sewing machine motor, an ironing board, and whatever else they can scrounge—and launch the Kamphor Airlines as a cargo delivery service. Their first job is to haul a mysterious box to the Black Coal Mine, but their complete lack of flying experience and questionable landing techniques lead to a series of increasingly chaotic mishaps that test whether these two amateur aviators can survive their own ambitions.

When rats overrun Pan Island, a mysterious stranger appears offering to solve the problem—for a price. Li'l Pan smells a con and decides to investigate, uncovering a scheme far more elaborate than anyone suspected. With his magic horn and quick wits, Li'l Pan sets out to turn the tables on the so-called Pied Piper.

Jerry Jingle, a magical being who makes consciences tingle, whisks young Davey—a boy who can't keep his clothes neat and tidy—away on a fantastical adventure to the Garment Bazaar in the sky, where they encounter all manner of clothed and unclothed dummies, a royal parade, and a peculiar dinner with a suit-wearing family. After a tumble back to reality, Davey discovers that keeping his clothes organized might not be the impossible chore he once thought it was.
