When Mr. Rich's scientists create Monster Cola to help horror movie actors get into character, things take a wild turn when Mrs. Rich accidentally sips a glass and turns into a whirlwind of energy. Richie Rich heads to the doctor for a check-up, only to find the office swarmed by crooks pretending to be medical staff.
