Når Trylle-Hornet lyder, må alle oppfylle ønskene til den som spiller på det. Skurken som får tak i det magiske instrumentet, snur fort opp-ned på livet i de fredelige Dor-landene. Atter en gang må Hassel Hvitveis og Ridderne av Dor sette sine krefter inn i det godes tjeneste.
