Robin Hood Tales #1

Robin Hood and Little John venture into the forest for a hunting expedition when they hear Friar Tuck calling out in distress, leading them to rescue the friar from a group of soldiers. After a confrontation with the Sheriff and his men at a castle, Robin ingeniously uses his voice to deceive the soldiers while disguised as a woman, allowing him and his band to escape. The issue continues with a secondary story titled "Engines of War," depicting King Richard the Lionheart's crusade into Asia Minor, where English archers demonstrate their superiority against Saracen forces attacking a castle.
