In Japan, Sunfire suffers shame as he is falsely accused of connections with the Yakuza. Rogue shows up in a damaging photo showing her associated with Sunfire and the terrorist Mystique. She has no memory of this photo. Lady Deathstrike attacks Rogue from the plane Sunfire sent for her. Rogue just barely evades her and commandeers the airplane. Rogue, angry that her friend Sunfire could betray her, heads for Japan to find out what’s really going on.
