Judy works in her uncle's bookshop where students buy and sell their books. She hates the way her uncle haggles over every penny with his poor student clients and she gives one particular poor client a break when he comes in to sell volumes of a collection his grandfather had received from a general about some military campaigns in India. Later they learn that some valuable stamps had been hidden in the books that would be worth millions to the relatives of the general.
