Carol befriends Marion when the new girl thinks she has given the wrong change to a client. Carol and her boyfriend take Marion to a club where she acquires self-confidence and as the months pass, the two girls become friends. When Mary tells Carol that Marion has been making eyes at her boyfriend, Carol thinks she must be mistaken. But after Carol has been in bed sick for three days, she returns to work to discover that Marion has taken over her post and Carol's boyfriend is acting very strange toward her.
