First, Julie misses the company holiday when she gets blood poisoning. Bill and Meryl come back from it, announcing they are engaged. After recovering, Julie gets to go on holiday by herself, but loses another potential boyfriend when she falls asleep and wakes up horribly sunburned. Then it is raining when she is about to return home, causing her to slip on the wet platform and suffer a compound fracture of her leg. But when her doctor takes more than a medical interest in her, she is happy for the way things turned out.
