Savage Sword of Conan #15
In "Fury of the Near-Men," Conan joins a band of mercenaries hired by the nobleman Tollius to reclaim his birthright from the sealed village of Harrikar. As Conan fights through an army of the undead, he strikes a desperate bargain with the vampire lord who rules the ruins—only to see the ancient curse turn against Tollius, the man who once condemned him. Written by Charles Dixon and illustrated by Ernie Chan, with inks by Chan and letters by Diana Albers, this 2013 Dark Horse tale blends brutal action with dark intrigue, all framed by Joe Jusko’s striking cover.
