Shazam!: To Hell and Back #[nn]
In "The Last Temptation of William Batson," Billy Batson grapples with unstable powers as a student at Teen Titans Academy, feeling helpless when his abilities vanish without warning. When Mary tells him Freddy’s condition has worsened and Billy blames himself for losing his powers, he takes a desperate stand—determined to reclaim his magic and save his friend, even if it means confronting the Underworld alone. Written by Tim Sheridan and brought to life with striking art by Clayton Henry (pencils and inks) and color by Marcelo Maiolo, this emotionally charged chapter sees Billy push beyond his limits in a mission that tests his courage and resolve. The cover, also by Clayton Henry, captures the weight of that moment.
