In a zany twist, Superman finds himself in a bizarre dimension where animals talk and act like humans—only to discover the whole planet is losing its mind, one monkey-like behavior at a time. Joined by Rodney Rabbit, a carrot-powered hero in a Halloween costume, he teams up as Captain Carrot to uncover the strange forces behind the madness.

In "The Pluto Syndrome!", Captain Carrot and Superman push past the limits of space—only for Superman to vanish and Captain Carrot to crash back to Earth, landing in the arms of Pig-Iron.
