Simpsons Comics #14
In "To Heir Is Homer," Homer’s chance encounter with a mysterious hobo takes a wild turn when the man passes away—leaving Homer the unexpected inheritance of half of Duff Beer, much to the chagrin of Mr. Burns, who owns the other half. Written by Jeff Rosenthal, Jon Aibel, and Glenn Berger, with art by Chris Roman and inks by Tim Harkins, this 1995 Bongo Comics installment blends classic Simpsons absurdity with a surprisingly high-stakes twist. The cover by Bill Morrison captures the moment with his signature flair.
