Spécial DC #14
In "Neige sur la ville," Green Arrow finds himself caught in a chilling ambush when a junkie fires one of his own arrows at him—setting off a tense investigation that draws him and Green Lantern into a web of addiction and deception. With Roy Harper’s sudden reappearance raising more questions than answers, the duo follows a trail of drugs and betrayal to a hidden hangar, where the line between enemy and ally blurs. Written by Denny O'Neil and Jérôme Wicky, with powerful artwork by Neal Adams and cover by Neal Adams and Dick Giordano, this 2002 issue delivers a stark, grounded look at the cost of desperation.
