Captain Valiant and his Interplanetary Police team arrive on the troubled planet Comoss to help stop the rebel Nansus, whose raiders have been terrorizing villages in a bid to overthrow the government. When a clue—yellow chalk found on the boots of captured raiders—leads them to Nansus's hidden camp in the Bolwol Heights, Valiant devises a daring plan to turn the rebels' own gun positions against them. The hunt for the rebel leader culminates in a desperate confrontation atop the cliffs.
