Space Western Comics #41

This issue features two stories. The first, "Jinx of Black Ridge Ranch," involves Hank Roper discovering a vicious scheme at the Black Ridge Sheep Ranch when "Hard Luck" Cady wins enough money gambling to buy out the outfit, prompting Roper to investigate the easy money behind the acquisition. The second story, "Deal with Danger Below," depicts Spurs Jackson and his Space Vigilantes receiving an official welcome in Manhattan for saving the world from two attacks from outer space, after which they battle between two super space fleets midway between Mars and Venus, with the crippled flagships of both demolition fleets drifting together and their commanders expressing mutual recognition. The issue also includes a subplot involving truck hijacking and smuggling across the Mexican border orchestrated by Miles Ralston.
