The Spark Man investigates the case of the Gold Crow, a valuable golden statue stolen by a criminal named Poole who has been using it to bribe corrupt officials. The Spark Man infiltrates Poole's hideout at Judge Ashton's home, where a gang dressed in black are meeting to exchange the gold crow. After discovering an assassin positioning himself with a rifle outside, the Spark Man exposes the plot: Poole has actually killed thirty-one men and now plans to murder Judge Ashton to cover his tracks. The Spark Man defeats Poole and recovers the gold crow, delivering a message to the district attorney that Poole will face justice.
