This anthology issue contains two main stories: an Achikabooch tale in which the jungle character encounters Old King Cole and other characters during a maritime adventure involving a saloon and the search for hidden treasure markers on a map; and a mystery story featuring Mr. Ruggles investigating a man named Clark who disappeared about a year prior after discovering a gold mine, leading to a confrontation underground where a greedy character named Clark attempts to claim the mine while the foundation of a saloon collapses due to rain-weakened earth and an underground river.
